Use this form to indicate your interest in hosting a Mobile Library visit at your venue for October, November and December 2026. You may select one slot per month. Our team will review all submissions before confirming the schedule.

Can't find your site? Due to overwhelming requests, we are unable to open up slots to all sites at this time. However, we may extend the selection to other sites in future. If you would like your site to be considered, please email us at testing@mobilelibraryvisit.com with your venue details.
